The Diagnostic is a single, structured 90-minute session designed to map exactly where your organisation - or your leadership - is stuck, and why. You leave with a written diagnosis and a clear direction. A real answer.

WHAT HAPPENS

Before the session: You complete a short pre-work document - questions about where you are, what's working, and what keeps repeating. This means we use the 90 minutes on insight, not information gathering.

During the session: We map your system. Where decisions are made and where they stall. Where authority sits and where it should. What the organisation is silently expecting you to stop doing. What one shift would create the most movement.

This is not a coaching session. It's a diagnostic - structured, precise, and direct.

After the session: Within 48 hours you receive a written summary: what we found, where the real constraint is, and what three moves would create the most change. Including a clear recommendation on whether and how we could work together further and what that would look like.

A Year to Think Better is a monthly retainer for senior leaders who want that relationship. Consistent, confidential, and calibrated to what you're actually facing.

Not a programme. Not a curriculum. A relationship with a structure - one session per month, in person or by call, plus the ability to reach me between sessions when something needs to be thought through before it becomes a decision.

Between-session access WhatsApp voice notes or messages when something needs a quick perspective before it becomes a problem. Not unlimited - thoughtful. I respond within 24 hours on working days.

Annual review session One additional session per year - a full review of where you started, where you are, and what the next chapter looks like. Longer, deeper, and structured around your arc, not just the month.

Optional: One in-person working session per quarter available at a day rate for clients who want periodic deeper immersion.

THE 90-DAY CONTAINER

For founders and leadership teams ready to move.

There is a specific moment when knowing what needs to change is no longer the problem. The problem is building the conditions - inside yourself and inside the team - for the change to actually hold.

The 90-Day Container is an intensive, structured engagement designed for exactly that moment. Three months. A clear arc. Real transformation in how you lead, how the team moves, and how authority is distributed across the system.

This is not a series of coaching sessions. It's a container - which means everything that happens inside it is connected, intentional, and designed to compound.

Individual (founder or senior leader): You are the bottleneck. You know it. You're ready to do something about it - not just understand it better, but actually change how you operate. You have 90 days and you want to use them properly.

Team: Your leadership team is capable but not yet moving together. Decisions stall, escalate, or fragment after alignment meetings. The collective hasn't yet learned to move without everything routing through the top. You're ready to work on the system, not just the individuals.

THE ARC

Phase 1 - Weeks 1–3: Make the System Visible Before anything changes, everyone needs to see clearly what's actually happening. Where decisions sit. Where they stall. What the real cost of the current pattern is. This phase creates the shared picture that makes change feel necessary rather than imposed.

Individual: Deep diagnostic sessions. Mapping the authority patterns, the identity attachments, the decisions you're holding that the system has outgrown.

Team: First team session. Structured to surface what's unspoken, make the cost of current patterns visible, and create the shared language for what comes next.

Phase 2 - Weeks 4–8: Redesign Once the system is visible, we create the conditions for it to shift. This is the uncomfortable middle - where old patterns are named and new ones are chosen. Not imposed. Chosen.

Individual: Working sessions on the specific identity shifts required. What you need to stop doing, what you need to start trusting, what the new operating model looks like for you.

Team: Second team session. Constraint and choice - what can change now, what needs time, what only the leader can decide to let go of. Redistribution of ownership begins here.

Phase 3 - Weeks 9–12: Integrate Change doesn't hold by itself. This phase builds the conditions that make the new patterns stick — and catches the inevitable slide back toward the old ones before it becomes a regression.

Individual: Integration sessions. What's working, what's slipping, what needs reinforcement. Building the internal muscle for the new way of operating.

Team: Third team session. Re-contracting - what we've agreed, what we're holding each other to, what the next chapter looks like from here.
